Birthday Spread to Centenarian​

Pyongyang, November 25 (KCNA) -- The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un sent a birthday spread to Ri Tong Suk, a woman centenarian living in Ponghwa-ri of Kangdong County in Pyongyang, the capital city of the DPRK.

Ri, born into a poor peasant family, had to experience the sorrow of a stateless nation before President Kim Il Sung liberated Korea.

She had devoted herself to the agricultural work, out of the mind to repay the benevolence of the country with grain production.

She is now optimistic in doing housework, frequently telling her children to do more work for the grateful country.

Receiving the birthday spread amid the congratulations of villagers, she expressed her deep gratitude to Kim Jong Un.
