Pyongyang, August 4 (KCNA) -- The current lingering sultriness makes many people visit chipped ice stalls along streets in the capital city of Pyongyang.

Chipped ice stalls are now serving shaved ice with tomato, boiled red-bean, strawberry, etc.

The stalls are associated with the loving care of the peerlessly great men for the people.

Chairman Kim Jong Il personally taught officials how to make a shaved ice one by one, saying that chipped ice is good in summer. And he took a benevolent step to provide the service of chipped ice for the Pyongyang citizens.
