Meeting of Youths Held in DPRK
Pyongyang, January 11 (KCNA) -- A meeting of young people took place at the Youth Park Open-Air Theatre in Pyongyang, the capital city of the DPRK, on Monday. At the meeting, its participants pledged to thoroughly implement the decisions made at the 4th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK).
Present there were Ri Tu Song, department director of the WPK Central Committee, and officials of the youth league, officials concerned, youths and students in the city.
Mun Chol, chairman of the C.C., Socialist Patriotic Youth League, made a report.

There are many countries in the world and each country has the young people, but there are no such young people as the confident and happy youth of the DPRK who are advancing proudly toward a bright future of socialism full of confidence and optimism under the motherly care of the respected General Secretary.
The reporter called upon the young people across the country to fully demonstrate the might of the socialist patriotic youth in the new year's grand march for accelerating the overall development of Korean-style socialism and bringing about the happiness of the people, single-mindedly united around the respected General Secretary.
